I’m Sean Verchick — a Mission Viejo resident, husband, dad, and your neighbor. My family and I live right here in South Orange County, and I’ve fallen in love with the history and growth of this community — especially neighborhoods like El Dorado, which has been transforming since 1967.
Before real estate sales, I spent years managing luxury estates and properties. That experience taught me that every home has a story, and every detail matters. Today, I bring that same level of care and strategy to helping families buy, sell, and understand the real value of their property.
